As a result of the company’s recent acquisition, SkyWater Search was hired to recruit a Branch Sales Manager for its MidWest Branch. The ideal candidate required strong leadership skills to run the local branch effectively while managing a team of 10 people. Following the acquisition, sales had slumped in this top 5 market, resulting in a subsequent sales reduction in the branch itself. The selected candidate would therefore need to demonstrate a proven track record in turning around falling sales in previous positions. In summary, this position required a complex blend of technical and soft skills.
