As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Kelsey is a part of the legal recruiting division. This division focuses on the placement of full-time attorneys and legal professionals within law firms and corporate legal departments. She works with attorneys in a broad range of practice areas including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, patent prosecution, healthcare, commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and employment law.

Kelsey enjoys building enduring relationships with clients and candidates in the legal industry. She is passionate about helping fellow attorneys and paralegals take their careers to the next level.

Kelsey earned her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Minnesota. Before transitioning into attorney recruiting, she practiced law as a Bankruptcy Attorney for several years.
