As our client in the West Suburbs prepares to double in size, they’re seeking a hands-on engineering leader to play a pivotal role in their expansion. With a focus on Java development, you’ll lead a talented international team through this exciting growth stage.

This is a fully onsite position.
Responsibilities
- Build on their Java/J2EE platform
- Mentor and lead a team of full stack and DevOps engineers
- Work with other leaders to define hiring goals, and make architecture decisions
- Collaborate with offshore teams
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10 years of hands on design and coding experience
- Significant Java experience
- Relations DBMS exposure - MySQL, PostgreSQL
- AWS or Azure experience
- Experience leading teams is a must have
