Associate, Accounting & Finance

As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Jeff works with a “full desk” on the Accounting and finance team. The team focuses on growth-oriented, middle-market companies based in the Midwest.

Jeff grew up in Minnetonka and graduated from Regis University in Denver, CO, with a B.S. in Finance. He has spent the last 15+ years in Finance/Accounting. He most recently served as a Finance Manager within the CPG industry. Before that, he held various finance roles for a large medical device company.

Jeff loves being active with his family, golfing, and attending concerts and sporting events. He also enjoys the MN summers at his family cabin.

Within Accounting and finance, Jeff specializes in recruiting and placing talent in full-time, permanent positions at various levels and titles: CFO, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Senior Accountants, VP Finance, Finance Directors, Finance Managers, Senior Financial Analysts, Audit Directors, and Audit Managers. His team can also work on staff-level accounting and finance roles.
