A nationally renowned mid-sized litigation firm is looking to add an associate to their toxic tort practice group in multiple offices in Southern and Northern California. The firm is known for their toxic tort, complex litigation, and environmental liability practices. This associate would be working primarily on asbestos cases, and should have experience taking depositions and arguing motions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of defense side litigation experience and is admitted to practice in California.
