Toxic Tort Paralegal
A nationally renowned mid-sized litigation firm is looking to add a paralegal to their toxic tort practice group in multiple offices in Southern and Northern California. The firm is known for their toxic tort, complex litigation, and environmental liability practices. This paralegal would be working primarily on asbestos cases and should have experience drafting pleadings and evaluating discovery, among other litigation duties. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a paralegal for asbestos litigation cases.
