SkyWater was just engaged on a Territory Sales Manager for the Rocky Mountain Territory.  This 100 year old manufacturer and wholesaler is highly respected in their industry for their high quality products and top notch customer service. In addition to their extensive luxury product line, the company is an award winning service provider. 

Due to a number of recent retirements on the sales team, the Rocky Mountain Territory Sales position is open. The territory consists of an existing book of business and is just over $1.3M in revenue. This role is designed to be a relationship building role working closely with existing accounts as well as driving new business development. The Territory Sales Manager will work closely with new and existing clients in a consultative sales process. 

The focus of this role is the effective execution of new business and innovation. This is a pivotal role that will be accomplished by someone who is experienced and proactive in this capacity. This individual must be ambitious, possess great people skills, and have an attention to detail. The ideal candidate has experience managing a large territory, a background in selling both product and services, and a consultative sales process. 

The position comes with an above-market base salary, uncapped commissions, flexible PTO, and an incredible company culture. 

*This is a heavy travel-role. Candidate must be able to travel 75%+*
**Candidates must reside within Territory (Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, or Utah) **

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic direction for key accounts in territory
  • Develop market and travel plan for each geographic metro area / major market
  • Seek continuous improvement in regard to technical expertise and product knowledge; commit to learning about new products and marketing them to your accounts
