As an Associate at SkyWater Search, Nicole is a part of the legal recruiting division. This division focuses on the placement of full-time attorneys and legal professionals within law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide. She places attorneys and legal professionals in a broad range of litigation and transactional practice areas including, but not limited to, family law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, commercial litigation, and employment law.

Nicole grew up in the Twin Cities, with St. Paul being her primary childhood home. She pursued higher education at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, earning a BA, MA, and JD. Her undergraduate majors were Philosophy and Legal Studies.

Nicole has had an accomplished legal career, primarily serving as In-House Counsel for Pentair, Optum, and Ecolab. Her career began at a law firm but soon transitioned to an in-house role at Korn Ferry. She values her professional journey and believes her experiences will be beneficial in her new role at SkyWater.

Nicole currently lives in Edina. She has a large, fun, blended family with children ranging from 8 to 26 years old. Nicole enjoys spending time with her children, traveling, exploring new cities, checking out new restaurants, taking long walks, and engaging in barre classes.
