Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a Senior Financial Analyst looking to elevate their career into a management position. Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to management.

- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather and consolidate budget inputs.

Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor cash flow and optimize working capital.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders.

Team Leadership:
- Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred but not required
- 6+ years of experience in finance experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
