Customer Experience Specialist

This role will support the outside sales team, and is a critical component to our customers. In this role, you’ll meet customer needs by assembling quotes, executing on customer-specific requirements, and pulling together information to provide to customers to answer product-specific questions in the fluid power industry. Previous experience in fluid power is not required, but is nice to have. 

Responsibilities

  • Put together quotes for potential orders or bids
  • Inbound and outbound customer communication via email and over the phone
  • Track delivery timelines to ensure customer expectations are being met
  • Support outside sales to ensure and increase customer satisfaction
  • Support supply chain functions by forecasting inventory & purchasing

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing, customer service, or account management role
  • Microsoft Office
  • Fluid Power experience is nice to have, but is not required, specifically Parker Hannifin product knowledge preferred
