We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Finance Manager to lead the financial operations and contribute to our client’s growth journey. In this role, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting specific to the medical device industry, ensuring we make informed decisions that drive the mission forward.

Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting, providing insights on revenue projections and cost management specific to product development and regulatory pathways.
- Develop and maintain product costing models, analyzing the cost structure of our medical devices to inform pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports tailored to the medical device sector, including compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).
- Oversee cash flow planning and monitoring, ensuring adequate liquidity for research and development (R&D), manufacturing, and commercialization phases.
- Assess and evaluate funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem, providing financial due diligence to support strategic initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a finance team, promoting a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Sales) to support product launch strategies and align financial goals with operational objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in finance management, preferably in the medical device, med tech or healthcare industries.
- Proficient in financial modeling, cost analysis, and performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
