Customer Service Representative
SkyWater recently partnered with an emerging medical technology company that brings a patient-centric approach to everything they do. Based on their continued growth, their team is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to assist with new and existing customer needs.
As their Customer Service Representative, you will be on the front-line of interactions between both customers and the internal sales team. Responsibilities would include setting up new customer accounts, answering/responding to inbound inquiries, fulfilling orders, invoicing, and more. All while being an advocate for the customer and prioritizing their needs.

Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with both customers and the internal sales team
- Accurately create and update customer and pricing records
- Assist with customer set up, pricing, orders, returns, invoicing, inventory, samples and demos
- Manage multiple calls and emails while prioritizing customer needs and sales rep needs
- Respond to all needs in a timely fashion with a positive and friendly attitude
- Provide ongoing feedback to improve policies and processes within the company
Desired Skills and Experience
- 5+ years of Customer Service experience with direct customer interactions on a regular basis
- Experience working with clinicians, purchasing departments, and supporting a sales team
- Strong history of working directly with sales, operations, invoicing and finance departments
- Previous experience in the medical device experience is required
- Netsuite CRM experience is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
