Benefits Analyst
SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged on a Benefits Analyst role. just picked up. The client is for a company in the Twin Cities North Metro – they work 3 days in office, 2 days remote and will report into the HR Director.
Responsibilities
- Initiating, tracking and completing benefit enrollment, changes and terminations.
- Coordinating all aspects of Open Enrollment each year for all operating companies.
- Communicating with managers and employees across multiple organizations to administer and manage employee leaves of absences.
- Managing payment, tracking and reconciliation of invoices across multiple organizations.
- Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal law requirements.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of benefits administration experience.
- UKG experience.
