Product Specialist- Hydraulic Inside Sales
This role will support the outside sales team, and is a critical component to our customers. In this role, you’ll meet customer needs by assembling quotes, executing on customer-specific requirements, and pulling together information to provide to customers to answer product-specific questions in the fluid power industry. Previous experience in fluid power is not required, but is nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Put together quotes for potential orders or bids
- Inbound and outbound customer communication via email and over the phone
- Track delivery timelines to ensure customer expectations are being met
- Support outside sales to ensure and increase customer satisfaction
- Support supply chain functions by forecasting inventory & purchasing
Desired Skills and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years in a customer-facing, customer service, or account management role
- Microsoft Office
- Fluid Power experience is nice to have, but is not required, specifically Parker HannifinRexroth product knowledge preferred
