Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop annual operating plan, decision modeling, reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Build financial tools and models to advance the business
- Prepare and manage day-to-day inputs for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and management level reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally, building strong relationships
- Leverage technology to streamline, automate and improve reporting activities through organization’s different systems
- Other ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of progressive finance experience in a fast-paced environment
- SaaS experience preferred
- Adaptive experience preferred
- Passionate about cross-functional collaboration and business partnering
- Interested in new technology and process improvements
