Responsibilities

Lead and manage a dedicated HR team, providing mentorship and direction. Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and reporting. Enhance the employee experience by managing onboarding, retention initiatives, and exit processes. Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top talent. Drive the performance management process to support professional development and achievement of company goals. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Develop and facilitate training and development opportunities to grow employees and leaders.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business management, or related field. 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. Proven ability to lead a team of HR professionals effectively. Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills. Experience fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Professional HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
