Regional HRBP
SkyWater Search Partners has been engaged by a global manufacturer to hire a Regional HRBP. The ideal candidate will be energetic and proactive. This role focuses on developing and implementing people strategies to support business growth and oversee HR operations at two U.S. manufacturing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees and managers across three sites.
- Act as an HR subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with legal and policy requirements.
- Develop labor strategies for union and non-union environments and handle investigations and legal matters.
- Guide leaders in performance management and employee development.
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including multi-site manufacturing and union environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Must have union experience.
