Operations Manager
SkyWater Search has partnered with a fast-growing, global organization with an office in the Twin Cities.
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead their new healthcare vertical. The role involves managing complex technical issues, system integrations, and coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve incidents efficiently. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will oversee communication, technical issue resolution, and monitor program performance metrics. Supervisory duties include recruiting and training a technical team, providing performance evaluations, and managing escalation processes for high-severity incidents.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of technical operations experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
This person must reside in Minnesota and be willing to work in a hybrid onsite schedule. This is a perm/direct-hire position and cannot offer sponsorship.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 4 year technical degree
- 5 to 15+ years of professional experience in project management
- A background in SaaS
- 2+ years of experience with people leadership
- Local to MN, no sponsorship required
