Production Supervisor (2nd shift)
SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner with a well known, returning client on a 2nd shift Production Supervisor position (Leading a team of 20). This privately held manufacturer has been growing at a 15% clip every year over the past decade. They’re the industry leader in their space and are not showing any signs of slowing down. Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 20 across a production line.
- Continuously improving productivity and quality.
- Ensure ISO Procedures are followed
- Strategically planning and labor planning for the division.
- Working with other production employees in multiple segments of the business
- Responsible for ensuring that production schedules are on time
- Establishing and Managing Measurement Standards
- Work closely with internal departments to achieve production goals
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
- 2+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to develop and coach others
- Knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing
- Experienced setting objectives for production lines.
- Strategic Planning experience desired
- Strong attention to detail
