Business Analyst – SAP (Twin Cities Based Candidates Only)
We have partnered with our longtime high-end retail client, that’s a certified B-Corp that is making a key hire for a talented Business Analyst (SAP focus). In this position you will be highly visible and able to make a big impact in partnering with their finance team as they modernize to S/4. The ideal candidate will have at least several years of experience with SAP and any exposure to S/4 and helping with an S/4 implementation would be a big plus.
This client has a lot of long tenured employees and has a progressive culture. Not to mention they have one of the coolest offices I have stepped foot in the past 12 years of recruiting tech talent in MN.
Desired Skills and Experience
·5+ years of SAP focus as a Business Analyst ·Strong communication skills with experience serving as the point of contact between finance and IT ·Ideal candidate will have experience or interest in SAP SD, SAP WM, ·Strong understanding of application lifestyle, agile, managing vendor relationships ·Hybrid role on-site (2-3 days a week), six figure base + profit sharing, PTO, 401K match, strong benefits package, lots of nice office perks / amenities
