Danielle grew up in Minnetonka, MN, and graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a B.S. in Biology. She now lives in Hopkins with her husband and their three kids—Walker (11), Kennedy (7), and Drake (4). Their family is deeply involved in sports, spending weekends coaching, cheering, and enjoying time at their Crosslake cabin or visiting the North Shore.

With nearly 20 years in sales and leadership roles across healthcare, tech, and beauty, Danielle found her true passion in executive recruiting. Prior to joining SkyWater, she was at Allegro Group where she worked closely with MN and ND-based organizations to assess team dynamics, succession planning, and talent strategy to support long-term business growth through hiring and professional development initiatives.

Outside of work, Danielle stays active with weightlifting, hiking, skiing, races, skiing, Ai Chi, Watsu, meditation and group fitness classes. She also enjoys great food, wine, and spending quality time with family and friends.
