Corporate Counsel
SkyWater Search has partnered with a publicly-traded real estate investment trust to find its next Corporate Counsel in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have a few years of transactional experience, preferably handling structured finance transactions. This person will be establishing new secured lending facilities and other financing arrangements as well as drafting and negotiating term sheets, purchase and sale agreements, engagement letters, custodial agreements, and various related documents. This person will report to the company’s AGC and will support multiple business units. This is an in-office M-Th type of environment.
