Cloud Architect (MN-based only)
SkyWater Search is excited to be partnering with a local manufacturing and distribution company on their search for a Infrastructure Cloud Architect. This company is recognized as a Star Tribune Top Workplace and Top Workplace in the country. They are known for having a tight-knit, family-focused culture – they truly care about the development and well-being of their employees.
This role is newly created due to the company’s growth. This person will lead the efforts of an Azure Cloud journey with a small team and working closely with company stakeholders.
To be a fit for the role, we are targeting someone experienced within Microsoft tools and technologies (Azure, Windows, virtualtization). We also need this person to be local to the Twin Cities in order to work a hybrid schedule.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset
- Positive attitude with the desire to continue to learn and develop
- Strong base of knowledge within Azure and VMs
- Local to Minnesota
- Cannot require sponsorship
