Manager, Global FP&A
High-growth PE-backed organization near Chicago looking to hire due to growth — this is as good at is gets from an FP&A exposure perspective.
Our client is looking for a Manager of FP&A focused on global consolidations — this person will own all forecasting, budgeting, quarterly reporting and performance improvement for the organization/all of its global segments. This hire will have the opportunity to make an impact from day 1, add value and improve the business from performance/process perspective, and get opportunity for quick promotion, rotational opportunities across the business, and extensive exposure to leadership/c-suite.
Flexible hybrid schedule, strong benefit package.
Ideal candidates will have 4-9 years of FP&A experience, ideally with foundations in an FLDP/Rotational program, and global consolidations/FP&A experience. Chicago-based, no relocation offered at this time.
