Alec was great to work with. He was very patient with us as our management for this position moved very slowly in decision making. Alec followed up weekly and gave feedback. The negotiation of the job offer with the client took place between Alec and myself which I felt could have been more between the candidate and myself but I get the logistics, Alec went to bat for this candidate.
