Corporate Associate – Century City
SkyWater Search Partners is assisting a reputable midlaw firm with its search for a corporate associate. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience handling mergers and acquisitions, securities, and a variety of other corporate transactions. A genuine interest in high-growth and early stage companies is preferred.
This person will have the opportunity for significant hands-on work and client contact. The firm’s partnership track is flexible and achievable, and the culture is flexible and laid-back.
Compensation depends on experience, but attorneys should anticipate $225k – $300k.
