Controller – Growing Manufacturing Company
Location: Edina, MN
SkyWater is partnering with a fast-growing manufacturing company in Edina to find their next Controller. This is a key leadership role overseeing the company’s financial operations while driving process improvements and efficiency.
The controller will be responsible for leading a team of four direct reports, oversee day-to-day financial operations, manage month-end close, financial statement preparation, process improvement, and provide hands-on leadership.
The ideal candidate will have10+ years of experience, with a strong background in manufacturing, 3+ years in a leadership role, and a hands on management style

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily financials, month end close, financial statement prep, and more
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and performance.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support business decisions.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of accounting experience, with majority within the manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of leadership experience
- No task to small mentality
- Strong technical skills
