IP Partner
SkyWater Search Partners is assisting an AmLaw 200 firm with their search for an established Intellectual Property Partner to join the team in Chicago or one of their smaller market regions. This specific Counsel/Partner should have at least 15 years of legal experience, and a high-level corporate IP practice. Experience with trademark enforcement, procurement and transactional intellectual property matters covering a variety of technological and business areas is important.
A portable book of business is required for this position, and candidates should want to continue to grow within the firm and participate in business development.
