Typically, Evan works with smaller to mid-sized companies with approximately 10-500 employees, specializing in recruiting and placing top IT talent in full-time, permanent positions:

Evan grew up in Maple Grove, Minnesota, and graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, where he studied Economics and Statistics. He currently lives in Minnetonka.

Prior to joining SkyWater, Evan spent the last 3 years as a Lead IT Recruiter at The Judge Group. During that time, he focused primarily on IT roles, with additional experience in engineering, marketing, and finance positions.

Evan is a passionate fan of Minnesota sports teams, plays intramural basketball, golf, and is learning how to build PCs and snowboards. He’s also interested in real estate investing and has a deep love for statistics!
