VP Accounting
SkyWater has been engaged by a well known, high growth Chicago based global public company looking at succession planning. This role will report directly to the Chief Accounting Officer and work cross functionally with executives throughout the company. This will be a hybrid role with a lot of flexibility but required for the candidate to live in the Chicagoland area.
They have more than doubled in size in the last decade, both organic and inorganically. We’ve successfully placed several leaders here and have known the CAO for a half a decade so can answer questions on culture and their mission/plans to continue to scale their accounting and finance functions.
Must have a track record of leading transformative growth, building strong relationships up and down the organization and coaching/developing talent.
