– Spear-heading opening balance sheet and acquisition accounting for all acquisitions (LOTS in the future!)

Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate opening balance sheet numbers for acquired entities in accordance with GAAP.
- Drive accounting process integration for newly acquired entities.
- Oversee month-end close process for newly acquired entities post-acquisition, ensuring smooth transition.
- Develop scalable processes to efficiently onboard and integrate acquisitions
- Assist with audit requirements/ requests relating to acquisitions.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 2+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting roots and CPA highly preferred
- Opening balance sheet/ acquisition accounting experience highly preferred
- Driven and motivated to grow
