Andrea Anderson

Practice Director, Human Resources

Andrea is a Group Director, leading the SkyWater human resources division. She personally works a “full desk,” specializing in executive retained search. The HR discipline focuses on leadership and executive-level searches for companies of all sizes in Minnesota seeking to hire local talent. With more than fifteen years of experience in human resources and recruiting leadership roles, Andrea is uniquely qualified to lead SkyWater’s rapidly expanding HR practice area.

Before joining SkyWater, Andrea spent seven years at Securian Financial in several leadership roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Process Improvement Engineering, and has led their Executive Recruitment function for the past two years. Prior to that, she was a recruiting expert with Travelers. She is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and holds an SPHR certification.
