The process with Skywater and Laura was great. In fact, it literally was one of the best experiences. We were presented 3 really good candidates within a week or two but our finalist definitely stood out with his strength on the technology side but most of all his initiative and drive. It was one of the quickest and smoothest experiences we have had with a recruiting agency. Laura followed up with both me and the hiring manager yesterday to make sure that our new hire had a great first day.
