Zac led us through a very smooth, efficient and productive process. He was communicative – but not pestering. He was professional and thorough. He brought forth good feedback on the candidates and was open to hearing ours. He brought some good input to the table and was really on target with the candidates he presented. Overall, the process went well, and Zac did a good job at improving the relationship with our internal hiring team, who now has a lot more trust and confidence in him and Skywater as a whole.
