We are really happy with our candidate. She is starting the perfect week because we have a large group in Minneapolis going through onboarding, and she’s with us for that. We pushed Andrea to find the perfect candidate, and I feel like we did. I’d imagine she had to work harder for this placement, but we did not want to compromise. Andrea was steady through the process and keep bringing candidates forward. Many were hirable but not perfect. So we waited for perfect! Thanks for your help, we are optimistic that our new hire will be with the team for a long time.
