Working with August on the ERP Admin role was great. August provided detailed write-ups for candidates and offered valuable insights into who he thought would be the best fit for the role. Interviews were scheduled quickly, and the process was fairly seamless. We appreciate the commitment and attention to detail from the SkyWater team.

We still have the Sr. Manager BI role open and in progress with the SkyWater team. This role is extremely important to the success of our iniciatives, but the candidates so far haven’t been as strong as I had hoped. The SkyWater team continues to work diligently on filling this role, and I am confident it will be filled soon.
