My experience with Allie has been fantastic. She communicated well with me during the recruitment process, was able to provide me, strong candidates, in a timely manner, and overall has such a pleasant demeanor. She was able to find the right mix of experience with the candidate that we moved forward with. She updated me, typically with 2-3 check-ins per week, which helped me plan the rest of my week and anticipate the time commitment needed for the interview process.
We immediately reached out to her again when realizing we had a second position that she could help us with. With both positions, she found qualified candidates more quickly than the other agency we were working with. We are excited to continue our partnership with her.
Matt did a great job. He understands my expectations and has done a great job finding talent. I was worried when he first presented because there was only one candidate, but he was actually just doing a great job of screening candidates. We finally ended up with three options and any one of those options would have worked. I know most recruiters in the market today are just throwing resumes at you and I won’t work with those companies. Matt took the time to make sure the candidates he presented were good fits for me and our company.

The experience was great. Rachel provided me with several great candidates. I chose 4 to interview, one backed out prior to the interview. I also had Robert Half looking for candidates as well as our internal recruiters, neither was able to provide me with a candidate that I could even interview, so your firm truly stood out above the others. Rachel is very professional and personable.
Overall, I am very please with the process and will definitely call Rachel again if I am searching again.
