I love working with Kirsten. We originally connected at the beginning of this year. She reached out to me to discuss my current position (as a candidate). I can say from my perspective of using her as a recruiter she was amazing. I felt like we connected really well, and she truly understood me. When I knew I had an open position within my department, I knew I had to reach out to her. I also had three other firms working on filling this position. Kirsten was the only one who brought me candidates. Our new employee seems like a great addition to our team. She jumped right in last week and helped me process our payroll.
