The experience with you all was great and I’ve enjoyed my time working with Chad. This first placement was a good opportunity for us to get to one another and understand the type of talent we are looking for in the future. I’m excited to have brought on our new hire. When we have a future opening you all will be the first call we make.

Stephen has been great to work with- very attentive and has a sense of urgency. I don’t feel pressured to take a candidate. He is thoughtful and provides candidates that fit our profile.

Working from a Human Resources/Recruiter perspective with Stephen, I find him to be extremely responsive, and professional. He asks great questions to understand the needs of our managers, our company culture. He checks in regularly and provides updates but is never high-pressure or pushy.

He definitely has a good sense of our needs, I appreciate the time he has taken to get to know us and our organization. It has been a pleasure working with Stephen and a very positive experience. On a personal note, I have worked in HR for several decades and worked with a lot of recruiters throughout my career. He is definitely a standout.

Emma was fantastic to work with. She was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout the whole process and did so much of the heavy lifting for me, which was great! She also provided some great strategic pointers along the way, which was much appreciated. I was very fortunate to have come into contact with her and work with her!

Our experience has been good so far. Stephen was able to find good candidates for our position, which I believe was a tough role to fill. We are pleased with our new hire so far.

It was a busy couple of days here in MN replacing the Sales and Marketing Director. Our new hire has started well and both my colleague and I agree with a bit of hindsight, that he is the best fit for our organization even though we leaned toward another candidate in the beginning. Emma did a fantastic job and it was great to meet her in person.

Emma has been great to work with, I appreciate her approach and feel she has good instincts in terms of candidate fit. She has also taken the time to understand our business which I appreciate.

Our new hire started his first day yesterday, and the future seems bright. Emma was really great. She was extremely professional and drove the process along without being super pushy. The Skywater team has been great so far.

I had a great experience working with Ben. I had personally never used a recruiting firm before, so I don’t have a lot to compare this interaction to. That said, I had multiple candidates also comment on Ben being the “best recruiter” they had ever worked with. He was very punctual in responses to me and all candidates and was patient with me during a very busy period at work. I will definitely look to leverage Ben in the future.
