Accounting Manager
A VC-backed company is expanding its accounting team and looking for an Accounting Manager to help drive their growth in 2025 and 2026. Led by a team of industry experts, they’ve built a strong foundation and are focused on scaling efficiently.
This role will be heavily involved in financial reporting, operations, and technical projects, with a strong emphasis on process improvements and SOP development. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate across departments, working closely with the strategic finance team to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities
Experience: 4-5 years, ideally a mix of Big 4 and industry—healthcare experience required. Background: Must have background in public accounting. Open to candidates coming directly from public accounting, industry experience preferred. Key Responsibilities: Bad debts, revenue cycle management, financial reporting packages, waterfall analysis, etc. Budgeting and forecasting experience is highly desirable. Skills: Strong project management abilities and technical proficiency in ASC 606, 842, and 810. Certifications: CPA strongly preferred. Systems Knowledge: Experience with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or similar multi-dimensional ERP systems is a plus.
