Accounts Receivable Specialist
SkyWater Search Partners is excited to partner with a dynamic design/build manufacturing company in the northeast metro to add an experienced AR Specialist to their team. The company has a proven track record of designing and integrating engineered systems for renowned visionaries and it’s a thrilling time to join the organization. Our client is extremely proud of the inclusive culture they have created and cannot wait to add to the team. We are looking for a strong communicator who has experience in invoicing and collections.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the invoicing and customer collection process and maintain relationships with customers
- Develop, implement and monitor credit policies and procedures
- Reduce and maintain the days sales outstanding (DSO) metric
- Prepare, distribute and deliver weekly reports to leaders within the organization
- Other ad hoc procedures, as deemed necessary
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 1+ year of progressive invoicing/collections experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service
- Strong executive presence
- Passion for partnering cross-functionally
