SkyWater Search is partnering with one of our top clients, a leading financial planning and integrated wealth management firm as they look to hire a talented administrative professional to support their Client Account Service team.  This role will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to provide exceptional client service.

In this role, you’ll manage administrative tasks related to client accounts, collaborate with team members, and ensure accurate and efficient client documentation.  You’ll also work on a team of highly accomplished and caring professionals.  

Responsibilities

-Assist in preparing client meeting materials, reports, and paperwork. -Maintain accurate client records in our CRM and custodian systems. -Support client transactions, account setup, and paperwork processing. -Coordinate meeting preparation, including agenda review and document organization. -Help with firm-wide data entry, service projects, and office support.

Desired Skills and Experience

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills. -Previous experience in an administrative support capacity within the financial services industry. -A collaborative team player who thrives in a client-focused environment. -Comfortable with CRM systems and managing financial documentation.
