Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee and support the resolution of quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of quality assurance specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to enhance team performance and morale.
  • Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and systems, and recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize quality control processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality assurance documentation, including procedures, reports, and records.
  • Prepare and present quality performance reports to management, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies related to quality assurance.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in quality management.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership abilities with effective team management and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance software and tools.
