Brand Strategist

They are actively looking for a Brand Strategist to join their team!
The ideal candidate for will have 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, a love for storytelling, and a talent for leveraging data to drive actionable insights. They should have expertise in revealing truths and crafting compelling strategies across diverse industries such as food, agriculture, and/or sustainability.
Individuals with advertising agency experience, a passion for creating business-building solutions, and a commitment to excellence within a purpose-driven environment are invited to apply.
Qualifications:
- Identifies, analyzes, and synthesizes findings from a diverse range of research sources to deliver actionable insights.
- Demonstrates exceptional writing and editing skills across various formats, including compelling reports, engaging client communications, and impactful presentations.
- Clearly articulates and presents insightful strategic recommendations for clients, ensuring clarity and confidence with guided oversight.
- Takes the lead in developing comprehensive research designs and content for a variety of methodologies, including surveys, workshop materials, in-depth interviews, focus groups, digital design, user experience, journey maps, as well as monitoring and measurement dashboards.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to Associate and Junior Associate team members, empowering them to excel in delivering insightful and strategy-focused projects.
- Contributes to the creation of dynamic workshop content, discussion guides, surveys, and other essential research instruments.
- Collaborates in crafting compelling proposals that effectively showcase strategic approaches tailored to client needs.
- Delivers polished and influential presentations that resonate with clients, driving engagement and commitment.
- Pioneers innovative visualization techniques to enhance the presentation of insights and strategic solutions, making them more accessible and impactful.
- Formulates strategic recommendations for clients in critical areas such as brand strategy, change management, and corporate culture, ensuring they are grounded in thorough research and designed for maximum effect, with guided oversight.
The estimated base pay range for this role is: $65,000 – $100,000
Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentives can be discussed with the recruiter leading the search.
