SkyWater is partnering with an industry leader in custom modular displays that are uniquely designed for companies to showcase their brand at trade shows and large business gatherings.  With a wide variety of offerings, their team can support any company that is looking to take their branding experience and revenue to the next level.

Their team is looking to add a Business Development Manager that will play a critical role in driving new revenue for the organization.  The main responsibilities for this position will be engaging with the regional B2B community to build lasting + meaningful relationships, understand their current + future marketing needs, and helping them bring that vision to life to elevate their brand at trade shows + other events.

An ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter that thrives in a networking environment, is proactive and consultative in their sales approach, and brings a strategic mindset to building creative solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and prospect potential B2B client opportunities
  • Network to build strong relationships within target industries to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Execute a consultative sales process inclusive of introductions, discovery, demos, and closing
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to be well-positioned to meet client needs
  • Achieve annual revenue goals by developing and implementing new strategies to close deals
  • Lead the transition of new clients into the Account Management team for a seamless handoff

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of professional sales experience in a B2B capacity – hunter mentality
  • Proven track record of building/maintaining a strong sales pipeline and exceeding revenue goals
  • Excellent written, verbal, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with business tools such as CRM/Salesforce, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoom/Team, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize important tasks while working under tight deadlines
