Business Systems Manager
SkyWater is partnering with a client based in central Minnesota to assist on finding a Business Systems Manager to add to their growing business.
They are in the business of using large equitment that transforms waste materials into quality products. This is a newly created Manager position due to the growth & will be working with a smaller team.
This is an employee owned business that not only works the midwest, but across the country & beyond.
Were looking for candidates that are local to central Minnesota, willing to be onsite 3x/week, & do not require sponsorship.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT related field.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with 3+ of overseeing/leading others.
- Comfortable being in a hands-on role & understanding of business environments.
- Experience with ERP Systems (NetSuite is a bonus), leadership capabilities, Infrastructure, department strategy, & more.
- Comfortable leading a smaller team inside a growing organization.
