Director of IT
SkyWater Search has partnered with a PE-backed consumer goods manufactuer in the Minneapolis area to find and hire their next Director of IT. This hire will be responsible for leading the overall technology strategy, infrastructure, and systems that support the business’s continued growth and innovation. This leadership role will oversee a technical team, work closely with executive teams, business units, and key stakeholders to ensure our IT operations are scalable, secure, and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
To be a fit, we are targeting a candidate with a deep understanding of people management, infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, and business-driven IT strategies. This role is going to be responsible for assessing the current systems and technology, and recommending approaches on how to mature the environment moving forward. Ideally, this person has been reasonably close to the technology within the past few years and is familiar with best practices when it comes to technology processes and procedures.
