Reporting to the CMO and working cross functionally with the business, Technology & Marketing, the VP of Digital will lead a team of ~15 in a truly transformational change for the organization in focusing on new digital experiences & products. Though the organization has 1,500 employees, the CMO is excited about driving innovation with new client experiences and digital products.

We are looking for a Brand Strategy Director to lead innovative and insights-driven strategies for purpose-driven brands. Our Client is a growing advertising agency driven by purpose, intention and collaboration. They value a strong entrepreneurial spirit, storytelling and serving as a consultant to a variety of clients from fortune 500 corporations to local non-profits. 

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a natural curiosity and optimism in combination with deep experience leading clients, internal teams and participating in new business pitches.
