Director – Corporate Accounting
SkyWater has been engaged by a well known, high growth Chicago based global public company looking to add a strong leader to corporate accounting team. This role will report directly to the VP Corporate Controller and work closely with the Chief Accounting Officer and other executives throughout the company. This will be a hybrid role with a lot of flexibility.
They have more than doubled in size in the last 7 years and targeting 20% YOY organic and inorganic growth for the next 3 years. We’ve successfully several leaders here and have known the CAO for almost 5 years and placed leaders in their prior organization so know the leadership and culture well and can talk about their best in class products, collaborative team and their mission/plans to continue to scale their accounting and finance functions.
Ideal candidate with have a strong foundation in public accounting and experienced with ME close but wants to focus on process improvement initiatives and building out a road map for how to be more efficient and scale the function.
Must have a track record of leading transformative growth, building strong relationships up and down the organization and coaching/developing talent.
