SkyWater Search Partners is thrilled to be partnering with a reputable Healthcare organization based in Southern Minnesota as they look to bring on a new Director of Financial Operations. In this role, you will be partnering closely with the CFO as an integral part of the organization in helping to identify and communicate relevant financial and operational information and analysis in an effort to support and inform strategic decisions. As a leader in the department, you will be responsible for the development and compliance of accounting policies and procedures, as well as proactively addressing technical accounting activities. You will also provide oversight of the general ledger, payroll, and accounts payable operations.

This person will be taking over an experienced team, so we are looking for a good people leader who is focused on creating a supportive and collaborative culture. One of the biggest selling points for this organization (and for this role specifically) is that this person will have a voice/seat at the table. Your input will be taken, and you’ll be able to see change within weeks (versus months or years)!

Lastly, this organization is going through a digital transformation so we would love to see a candidate who is able to leverage technology in order to improve process and create efficiencies.

This would be a great organization for someone who is looking for a company that is human centric and human facing. Being in Healthcare, these employees impact people’s lives every day, so if you are looking for an exciting role with a company that does great things for their community, we would love to consider you!
